Careers
Our home is your home.
When you walk onto our shop floor, you’ll see a team that takes pride in their work — focused, friendly, and working together. Everyone pays attention to the details, cares about their space, and respects the craft.
At Pacific Design, we treat each other like family. If something isn’t working, team members speak up — and they know we’ll listen.
Sharing the Joy
At Pacific Design, we don’t just remodel homes — we build relationships, take pride in our work, and treat every team member like family. Our commitment to honesty, quality, and community drives everything we do, from the materials we source to the people we hire.
“We’re always looking for ways to make the job better, easier, and more rewarding for everyone.”
Juan Hernandez Jr., Owner
If you’re passionate about design, take pride in your craft, and want to be part of a team where your voice matters, you might be the perfect fit.
Honesty & Integrity
What sets us apart is how we show up — for our clients and for each other. We believe in doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching. That means clear expectations, fair leadership, and a workplace built on respect.
We hold ourselves to high standards because our clients trust us with their homes. Whether you’re a designer, installer, or support staff, your work matters here — and it shows in the spaces we create.
